Josh Nelson: Allstate Insurance Agency

I've had Josh as my agent for several years and he has always impressed me with his service and support. This past month I had a lady run into my car and it was her fault. I took the police report to Josh and asked what the next step was. He got on the phone with the other insurance company with me and walked me thru the process of filing the claim. Afterwards he explained things I would need to check on and what my rights were such as using the shop of my choice and having them get me a rental car. I can't compliment him and his staff for all the service they've provided thru the years.
