I was misled into investing in an already failing fund. My money was wrote down by 30% within a year of investing to supplement all of the bad loans they had on the books from many years before I had invested. Do not invest with Precision Capital for the foreseeable future.
This is probably not good for being able to get out of my investment with this company, but I owe it to the public to say stay away from this company. I want to draw out my money and cannot because they have made bad investments and 30% of my investment had to be put aside into what they call a 'side-car' fund. Which is a distracting term from 'bad investments' made by this company. The 30% are bad loans. This was a bad retirement move for me. Beware of their misleading sales pitch. This is keeping me from taking my money out.
I am very disappointed in this company and how they communicate with their investors. After letting us know that they needed to write down every investors account by 7.73% and then take another 30% from all investors,to put in a sidecar account to deal with additional bad loans. They have been very hard to contact and get information from such as quarterly reports. They had a bad attitude when my retired mother and stepfather, a disabled veteran, called to ask questions, each an investor in their own right.
